Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and Hamza Iraqi Houssaini, operating Reyn from Morocco. Contact support@reynflow.com for legal, support, privacy, or security matters.

These Terms cover reynflow.com, invitation-only preview access, official Reyn Studio builds, documentation, support, and model bundles supplied by Reyn. Separate written terms control if an enterprise order or signed agreement says that it overrides these Terms.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

You accept these Terms when you select the acceptance control presented before preview access or at first app launch. Merely reading the public website does not grant preview access or a software license.

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it. A minor may use the preview only through a parent, guardian, school, or organization that accepts these Terms and supervises the use.

3. Invitation-only access

The current preview is free and limited to approved beta testers and invited YC evaluators. Requests are manually reviewed, and submitting one does not guarantee approval. Access credentials are confidential and may not be published, sold, transferred, or shared outside the approved evaluation group. Reyn may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke the hosted access service, official preview distribution, or support to protect the service or enforce these Terms.

Revocation blocks later logins but does not remotely close an already-open, offline app. An in-memory desktop session expires within 24 hours and is cleared when the app closes. A public source repository does not make the hosted access service, official distribution channel, model, signature, support entitlement, or Reyn marks public.

4. License

Reyn original source code, object code, models, training artifacts, evaluation sets, and documentation are proprietary. All rights are reserved. A LICENSE file that states all rights are reserved does not grant a copyright license. Preview access is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run official Reyn Studio builds for evaluation. It is not a right to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, train from, distill, or reimplement the Software.

Third-party libraries, fonts, signatures, and other components remain under the licenses identified in their notices. No model weights are currently production-qualified or included as a general-use release. These Terms do not grant access to unpublished artifacts or any additional rights in separately licensed components.

“Reyn,” the Reyn name, logos, visual identity, and product marks are not licensed. You may not imply endorsement or distribute a modified build as an official Reyn build.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website, hosted access service, official distribution or support channels, or Reyn marks, you may not:

• Gain unauthorized access, bypass rate limits, or share preview credentials.
• Introduce malware, disrupt service, or probe systems without written permission.
• Infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.
• Misrepresent model output, qualification, provenance, or official Reyn approval.
• Seek or imply Reyn approval for an unlawful, sanctioned, safety-critical, or prohibited regulated purpose.

These service and mark rules do not restrict rights that a third-party component license or applicable law already gives you in that component.

6. Your geometry, projects, and support files

You retain ownership of geometry, projects, settings, results, and exports you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use those materials and for keeping local backups.

Reyn receives project material only when you deliberately send it for support. You grant Reyn a limited permission to copy, inspect, and process that material solely to investigate the request, protect the service, and comply with law. Support files are scheduled for deletion within 90 days after the issue closes.

7. Simulation and model limits

Reyn Studio produces numerical and machine-learning approximations of fluid behaviour. A trained model applies only to its supported geometry, inputs, resolution, operating range, outputs, and validation evidence. A compatible bundle check does not prove that an answer is correct.

Outputs may be materially inaccurate. Error can grow outside the training and evaluation range, and a malicious or incorrectly licensed model can create additional risk. Signatures and hashes can prove byte integrity; they do not prove scientific validity unless you independently trust the signer and qualification record.

8. Uses that require independent verification

Reyn Studio does not provide professional engineering advice, certification, regulatory approval, structural-stress analysis, safety validation, or a substitute for a qualified engineer. It is not production-qualified.

Do not rely on Reyn as the sole or controlling basis for a design decision, safety-critical system, regulated product, regulatory submission, operational control, or any use where error could cause injury, loss of life, property damage, environmental harm, or financial loss. Independently validate every material result with appropriate methods, data, and qualified review.

9. Local data and security

Reyn Studio stores projects, model bundles, results, preferences, recovery records, and exports locally. Reyn does not provide cloud backup. You are responsible for device security, lawful access, backups, storage capacity, and reviewing files before sharing them.

The app does not encrypt project files. Use operating-system access controls and disk encryption where needed. Do not load an untrusted pickle checkpoint or model bundle; serialized model formats can contain malicious content.

10. Preview platforms, updates, and availability

Preview features may be incomplete, changed, removed, or incompatible with later builds. Reyn does not promise uptime, support response times, a release date, model availability, backward compatibility, or continued free access.

The Windows build is an unverified preview until the published Windows CI and clean-machine checks pass. It uses a portable package, has no automatic updater, and may be unsigned unless the artifact states otherwise. Install updates only from an official Reyn location and verify published checksums and signatures where provided.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how Reyn handles website requests, preview authentication, support material, and local app data. By submitting support material, you confirm that you have authority to provide it for the stated purpose.

12. Third-party services and components

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, and preview authentication infrastructure. The package download host, operating systems, Python, PyTorch, Rust crates, and model dependencies have separate terms and security characteristics.

Reyn is not responsible for a third party's service, policy, availability, or content. Links do not imply endorsement.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the preview at any time. Reyn may suspend or terminate official preview access for security, unlawful conduct, credential sharing, material breach, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the preview.

After termination, stop using the hosted access service, invitation credentials, official distribution and support channels, and Reyn marks except as applicable law permits. Terms concerning ownership, risk, warranties, liability, disputes, and provisions that logically survive will remain effective. Third-party component licenses continue according to their own terms. No license is granted in Reyn original code.

14. Export controls and sanctions

You must comply with applicable export-control, import, sanctions, and trade laws. You may not provide the software, models, credentials, or technical material to a prohibited person, territory, or end use.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website, preview access, software, documentation, support, and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” Reyn disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or statutory right that applicable consumer law does not allow the parties to exclude.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill; or costs arising from an inaccurate output, unavailable model, unsupported case, local data loss, or use contrary to these Terms.

Reyn's total liability arising from the preview and these Terms will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid Reyn during the 12 months before the event or the equivalent of EUR 100. This cap does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law says so.

17. Responsibility for organizational misuse

If you use Reyn for an organization, you will defend and indemnify Reyn from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful material, credential sharing, infringement, prohibited safety reliance, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. This obligation does not apply to an individual consumer where local law prohibits it.

18. Governing law and disputes

Moroccan law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction where Reyn operates in Morocco will hear disputes, except where mandatory consumer law allows you to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction or requires another forum.

Before filing a claim, contact support@reynflow.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless urgent relief or a legal deadline makes that impractical.

19. Changes to these Terms

Reyn may update these Terms for legal, security, product, or operational reasons. The effective date and version will change. A material update will be presented before renewed preview access or at the next app launch, and may require fresh acceptance.

20. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without Reyn's consent; Reyn may transfer it as part of a lawful reorganization or business transfer.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable component licenses, and any overriding signed order form are the complete agreement for the covered subject. Headings help navigation and do not change meaning.
